At The Beach in Huddinge, everyone trains in the same sand – from complete beginners to world-class athletes.
Some of the world’s best beach volleyball players train here, but most of our players are regular people who simply love the sport.

Beginner Course – Start from Scratch
Never played beach volleyball before? Perfect.
This course is designed for adults who want to learn the fundamentals in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. No experience required.
We’re starting new beginner courses on February 17 and February 19, 2026.
Each course consists of five training sessions over five weeks.
You will:
✔ Learn basic technique and rules
✔ Get comfortable moving in the sand
✔ Train with a coach
✔ Have fun while getting active

Intermediate Course – Take the Next Step
Already know the basics and want to improve?
This course is for players who have some experience and want to develop their game further.
We’re starting new Intermediate courses on February 17 and February 19, 2026.
Focus areas include:
✔ Movement and positioning
✔ Ball control, defense, and attack
✔ Game understanding and match play
✔ Higher tempo and more repetitions

Kids & Youth Training (Ages 3–21)
We offer structured and age-adapted beach volleyball training for children and youth – from playful introductions to competitive junior programs.
Our Kids & Youth programs focus on:
✔ Joy of movement and confidence in the sand
✔ Skill development adapted to age and level
✔ Long-term development in a safe environment

Level-Based Training Groups (Adults)
For experienced adult players, we offer level-based training groups where participants are grouped by skill level.
Current status – Spring season:
✔ Most groups are fully booked
✔ Reserve registration is available
✔ Reserve registrations are binding if a spot becomes available
